Full-Time Openings
Graphics Designer
Our professional services team has experienced significant growth as more and more customers ask us to help them create learning objects, simulations and roleplays.

We are seeking several experienced graphics designers who enjoy working with leading edge learning formats. The work is currently part-time, but don't be surprised if it takes up all of your working hours. We expect these positions to become full-time positions in the near future.

Graphics Designer Job Description
• Brainstorm and design mock layouts, logos, graphs, buttons and other graphics;
• Brainstorm and design animated character concepts;
• Use computer software such as Photoshop and After Effects to implement designs;
• Meet with clients and adjust designs to fit client needs.

Job Requirements:
• A portfolio of previously designed and delivered work
• Minimum of one year experience developing and delivering designs for clients
• Experience working in the marketing and/or training and development industry is a strong plus.
• Positive customer service skills. We are looking for people who are responsive, open to feedback and new ideas, and share a commitment to excellence
• Comfort using online tools for collaboration and delivering designs and products.
• Grasp of usability and user-design principles a strong plus
• Excellent organization skills

• Designs and develops instructional material for training courses across a range of subject matters;
• Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills;
• Can independently develop course material for entry and advanced levels;
• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to develop innovative learning programs;
• Coordinate a team of video producers, actors, and clients to develop high quality web-based training
• Leverage Adult Learning Theory and ADDIE in working with SMEs to develop and deliver leading-edge web-based training.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in education, instructional design, or related subject;
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, producers, designers, writers, and clients;
• Demonstrated creativity in solving problems;
• Strong attention to detail and grammar rules, including grasp of APA guidelines;
• Experience with multimedia technology and editing tools;
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills;

Sales
The use of intelligent media for learning and marketing is simply exploding! As a result, we are seeking to expand our sales team with motivated professionals who are seeking an opportunity to take their career to the next level.

Job Description:
• Identify prospects in both the public sector and private industry who have needs for intelligent media for learning, customer service, or marketing.
• Work with prospects to understand the potential benefits of applying intelligent media to their needs.
• Develop a plan for creation of intelligent media objects, to include licensing ClicFlic software and/or purchasing professional services for ClicFlic.
• Oversee the delivery process to ensure customers receive the benefits they were seeking and to develop follow-on opportunities.


Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling solutions to businesses
• Experience working with federal government clients is a strong plus.
• Experience working in the training and development industry is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of success (We’re looking for winners!)
• Some experience selling contracts valued at $50K+
• Strong prospecting and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent organization skills
