Creating a Virtual Rep™
Step 1. Storyboarding

We start by understanding how you convey value differently to your various customer segments. Then we draft a storyboard that aligns with the various paths a dialog might take between you and your different customers. Each path will lead toward a call to action.

Step 2. Production

We'll develop a script that will include qualifying questions so that your Virtual Rep™ can target the right message to your customer's needs. And, it'll include segments that acknowledge your customer's answers so they feel like you are listening.

We'll shoot your video in our studio with professional talent that aligns with your brand. It'll appear against a transparent background so it looks like a natural part of your site. You'll approve each step.

We'll provide you the html and link for embedding the Virtual Rep™ in your website. It's easy and requires no major changes to your site. The Virtual Rep™ is a flash object that loads rapidly and, since we host your Virtual Rep™, it won't impact your site's responsiveness.

Step 3. Tracking

Your ClicFlic Virtual Rep™ will email you whenever a customer completes one of the calls to action such as completing a lead-response form, downloading a document, or connecting to your store to make a purchase.

You can access reports anytime through your ClicFlic account that help you analyze and tweak your ClicFlic Virtual Rep™ to improve your site's performance.
